Try it: two minute pantry facial

Sugar is on the long list of foods I should avoid if I want to get my body back in pre-baby shape.  Fortunately, here is a surprisingly effective use for the sweet stuff that won’t keep you in your maternity clothes and will make your skin glow.

Mix a small amount (I use ¼ tsp) of sugar with your favorite cleanser or face wash.

Apply to face in gentle circular motions.

Rinse and follow with moisturizer.

Feign relaxation and inner bliss.
